Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly

Golden Oil Industries Limited is currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee it’s aquaculture operations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in catfish farming, water quality management, and large-scale fish production. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the fish farm, including hatcheries, nurseries, grow-out ponds, and/or RAS systems.
- Supervise and train farm staff to ensure optimal productivity and compliance with biosecurity measures.
- Oversee water quality management, fish health, and disease prevention protocols.
- Develop production plans and ensure timely harvesting while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in large-scale fish farming or aquaculture operations.
- Strong knowledge of catfish farming and aquaculture best practices.
- Expertise in water quality management, fish health, biosecurity, and disease management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage farm operations efficiently.
