Job Summary:

An experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager is needed to join a reputable FMCG company in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in B2B and B2C sales within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor team performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide strategic insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies, distribution networks, and pricing models in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
