Thrive Woman Africa is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join their team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will oversee their digital presence, engage their audience, and grow their online community. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content including graphics, captions, videos, and reels to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor analytics and insights to optimize content performance and grow followers
• Collaborate with the team to create campaigns that align with the organization’s mission and programs
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to improve online presence

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in social media management
• Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
• A portfolio of past social media work (optional but preferred)
