A professional and friendly Front Desk Officer is needeed to manage reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a well-organized reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office supplies.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and staff.
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Abuja.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
