The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who can align people strategies with business objectives while managing seamless HR operations. Requirements
- A B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of HR experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management.
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM) are a plus.
- Must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate.
Salary will be reviewed after six months based on performance.
Expected Resumption: Second week of April
