A company in Lagos (VI) is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Graduate Trainees to join its team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in sales and customer engagement. Successful candidates will receive training and hands-on experience in telesales, customer relationship management, and business communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products or services.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any field.
  • 0-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
