A reputable organization in Ikoyi, Lagos is seeking a Graduate Trainee for a front desk position. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in human resources and administration. The successful candidate will support front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Maintain front desk security and ensure the reception area is tidy
- Handle administrative tasks including mail handling, data entry, and record-keeping
- Provide general support to the HR department and assist with office coordination
Requirements:
- A first degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or Management Sciences
- 0–1 year of relevant post-NYSC experience
- NYSC certificate is mandatory
- Applicants must be below 28 years of age
