A leading fashion retailer is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join their team in Lekki. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail management and possess the ability to drive sales while ensuring the store runs efficiently and delivers exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
- Manage and train a team of sales associates, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Drive sales by implementing effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Must reside on the island.
