Job Description

Location: Ikeja and Yaba, Lagos
Experience Level: Entry Level – 4 Years
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦350,000 (plus transportation allowance where applicable)

A reputable tech training institution is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Instructor to join its training team. This role involves teaching and mentoring students in the principles and practices of cybersecurity, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and engaging cybersecurity lessons to beginners and intermediate learners.
• Guide students through hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and best practices in ethical hacking, network security, and cyber defense.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support learners throughout their training journey.
• Continuously update and enhance training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and threats.
• Evaluate student performance and assist in preparing them for certifications or job placement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching, mentoring, or relevant professional experience in cybersecurity (entry-level candidates with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are an added advantage.
