Job Overview
A reputable healthcare provider is seeking a qualified and proactive Client Relations Manager to strengthen and maintain excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will manage communication with clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience across service touchpoints. This role is critical to driving client satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues.
- Coordinate and manage client onboarding, service delivery, and follow-up.
- Monitor client satisfaction and initiate strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and generate periodic reports on account status and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations and enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably in an HMO or healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
