Job Description
Location: Lagos and Abuja
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 monthly
A reputable construction and project management firm is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to oversee on-site operations in Lagos and Abuja. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience managing construction activities from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors on-site to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare daily reports, track project progress, and communicate updates to the project manager.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met at all stages of construction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a site supervisory or related role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to either Lagos or Abuja.
