A growing fashion business in Lekki is seeking an experienced Head of Business Operations to oversee day-to-day activities, lead teams, and drive operational strategy. This role requires someone with a hands-on approach, capable of managing both skilled and unskilled workers while maintaining high productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure optimal efficiency across departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business goals.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of unskilled and semi-skilled staff.
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Make informed business decisions that support long-term growth.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business operations and management.
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills and a strategic mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
- Must reside on the island (Lagos).
