Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR
A reputable organization located in Chevron, Lagos Island is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer for a 2-month contract. This short-term role is ideal for a detail-oriented and firm professional who can manage core HR functions with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support recruitment processes, including screening and onboarding
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a Human Resource role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency in HR tools and software is an added advantage
