Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, staff requests, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and provide support for team operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle documentation with accuracy.
