Overview:
Landmark Africa Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to oversee and lead its financial operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for a finance expert with a strong track record in financial planning, compliance, and team management within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting, audit preparation, and risk management.
• Manage and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and performance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or certifications such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial strategy, analysis, planning, and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and financial modeling.
