A fast-growing Crypto Sport initiative is seeking a talented Community Manager to engage and grow its online presence among the Nigerian audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto and sports, with hands-on experience in community building across platforms like Facebook and Telegram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate community interactions on Facebook and Telegram, ensuring positive and informative engagement.
- Share updates, news, and promotional content to keep community members informed and engaged.
- Monitor discussions, respond to questions, and escalate any community issues or feedback to the relevant team.
- Support community growth through active participation and strategic engagement initiatives.
- Analyze community trends and provide regular feedback to help improve user experience.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Nigeria with a strong understanding of the local crypto audience.
- Prior experience managing Telegram and Facebook communities, particularly in the crypto space.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent online presence during peak hours.
