Location: Lekki, Ikeja, Ibadan
Experience: NYSC (at least 10 months remaining)

A reputable organization is seeking an HR Assistant currently undergoing NYSC to support daily HR operations and assist with administrative duties. This opportunity is ideal for corps members looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources while developing their professional skills in a structured hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and confidential documents.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs and performance review processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current NYSC corps member with a minimum of 10 months left before POP.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
