Job Description
Salary: ₦2,000,000 – ₦2,500,000 monthly
Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun State
An established company in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee its financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and deep technical expertise to support decision-making and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise accounting functions and manage the implementation of Sage ERP.
- Advise executive leadership on financial performance, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- ICAN or ACCA certification is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong command of IFRS, Sage ERP, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
