A dynamic organization in Abuja is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication and administrative skills who can thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations with a keen eye for detail
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle task prioritization and follow-ups to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to work independently
- Calm and adaptable under pressure
Experience Required:
