A dynamic organization in Abuja is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication and administrative skills who can thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations with a keen eye for detail
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle task prioritization and follow-ups to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to work independently
  • Calm and adaptable under pressure

Experience Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or executive environment
