NGO Project Manager

Job Description

Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000/month

An established non-governmental organization focused on community development is seeking an experienced NGO Project Manager to lead and oversee its ongoing and upcoming initiatives in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing donor-funded projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery with measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor NGO projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Engage with community leaders, partners, and donors to foster collaboration and support.
• Track budgets, report on fund utilization, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and impact assessments to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing NGO or community-based projects.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project coordination.
• Experience working on donor-funded initiatives with strong budget tracking capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for social impact and grassroots development.
