Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid: On-site weekdays, remote on weekends)

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly

Job Summary

A dynamic entrepreneur in the beauty and lifestyle space is seeking a highly organized and creative Personal Assistant. This hybrid role combines administrative support with creative input, requiring someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and familiar with the fast-paced demands of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and logistics for both personal and business tasks
  • Provide consistent administrative support including reminders and follow-ups
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of creative content and brand strategy
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and business partners
  • Support smooth daily operations and help the entrepreneur stay focused and organized

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • HND or BSc from a recognized institution
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms such as Canva, Google Workspace, and social media

Bonus:

  • Prior experience supporting creatives or entrepreneurs
  • Interest in the beauty, branding, or lifestyle sectors
