Job Summary
A dynamic entrepreneur in the beauty and lifestyle space is seeking a highly organized and creative Personal Assistant. This hybrid role combines administrative support with creative input, requiring someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and familiar with the fast-paced demands of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and logistics for both personal and business tasks
- Provide consistent administrative support including reminders and follow-ups
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of creative content and brand strategy
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and business partners
- Support smooth daily operations and help the entrepreneur stay focused and organized
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- HND or BSc from a recognized institution
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a high level of emotional intelligence and discretion
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms such as Canva, Google Workspace, and social media
Bonus:
- Prior experience supporting creatives or entrepreneurs
