Job Summary
A client of Owens and Xley Consults is looking to hire an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee and optimize its sales processes. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role involves leading the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through both new and existing business channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tools to improve team performance and revenue generation.
  • Monitor sales forecasts, CRM systems, and analytics tools to drive lead conversion and optimize performance.
  • Supervise and support internal sales teams and retail managers, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely reviews.
  • Create, manage, and update all sales department policies, training materials, and operational procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and shape long-term business strategies.

Requirements

  • BSc or HND in a business-related field; MSc in Business Administration preferred.
  • MBA in Business Development is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
