About the Hiring Company:
Owens and Xley Consults, a Lagos-based recruitment and business advisory firm, is hiring on behalf of a client in the fashion industry to fill the position of Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations, enhancing internal processes, and ensuring strategic goals are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations under the direction of the MD/CEO
- Monitor and improve manufacturing and sales processes
- Oversee budgeting, hiring, and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with financial, HR, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business systems
- Generate monthly reports on key company operations
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in a business-related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and process optimization
