Kuda, a leading digital bank, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support its growth and business strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment in Lagos, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Looker and SQL.
  • Monitor and analyze mobile app growth metrics, including LTV, CR%, and churn rates.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying knowledge of mobile app technologies and attribution to business initiatives.
  • Participate in data modeling projects using tools such as dbt and maintain codebase versioning with Git or BitBucket.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a data analyst, preferably within a tech or mobile-first company.
  • Expertise in SQL and business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Strong understanding of mobile app technologies and data attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling and version control systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
