A reputable company in Lekki is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain the professional image of the brand. This position is ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Accurately process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • HND or BSc degree with 1–3 years of work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and email correspondence.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
  • Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or its immediate environs.
