Job Description:
An established company is seeking a skilled and driven HR / Recruitment Officer to join their team. This fully remote role will provide an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the organization by managing talent acquisition and supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and be adept at managing the full hiring cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to final interviews.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist with employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR or Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
