A reputable organization in Lagos is seeking a qualified Senior HR Officer to manage compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, experienced in HR operations and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and statutory deductions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry regulations
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS and other digital tools
- Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement in HR compliance processes
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement HR best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience focused on compensation, benefits, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and payroll processes
- Proficiency in HRIS, Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft Office 365
- CIPM certification is an added advantage
- Candidates must currently reside in Lagos
