Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Resolve complaints and issues related to orders or services
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist with purchases
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using online communication tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
