Salary: ₦90,000 – ₦100,000
A reputable organization in Ogudu, Lagos is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support day-to-day client engagement and ensure smooth customer experiences. This role is ideal for a proactive and articulate individual with a passion for customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions
Requirements:
- Must be male (requirement specified by the hiring company)
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; higher qualifications are an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
