Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or a Related Field
A reputable company in the film and entertainment industry is seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to oversee workplace safety protocols, ensure compliance with occupational health standards, and promote a culture of safety awareness across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and enforce preventive measures.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Ensure fire prevention strategies and emergency preparedness systems are up to date.
- Carry out safety audits and inspections in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide basic first aid support and manage CPR emergencies as required.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- Professional HSE certifications (Level 1, 2, and 3) are an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in report writing, communication, and presentation.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of safety programs.
