Overview:
Electric City Energy, a company operating within the renewable energy sector, is seeking a qualified Customer Service Officer to support customer interactions, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly within technical or energy-related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information on company services and guide customers in resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to follow up on service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service procedures and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the renewable energy or technical services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
