Location: Lekki, Lagos State
Salary: N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly

About the Role:
Linkert Consulting is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team in Lekki, Lagos. This position requires someone with a strong background in human resources, particularly in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be available to work onsite and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to hiring decisions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Manage employee relations, handling conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues and performance management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Must currently reside in Lekki, Ajah, or Lagos Island. Candidates should indicate their location in the resume.
• Availability to begin on or before 15th May 2025 (maximum 2 weeks notice).
• Willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) and Saturdays (9:30 AM – 3 PM), with one Saturday off every two weeks.
