Project Growth Officer
Job Description
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST | Salary: $2K – $2.5K per month
Job Overview:
This role focuses on driving growth through targeted outreach and appointment setting with large enterprise companies (5,000+ employees). The Project Growth Officer will engage senior decision-makers, primarily at the Director level and above, to generate qualified meetings and support the sales pipeline. Success in this position depends on strong communication skills, strategic outreach, and effective pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Outreach: Identify and connect with enterprise-level decision-makers using cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings as a primary performance metric, ensuring engagement with senior prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads to move prospects through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct research to refine targeting strategies and better understand key accounts and buyer personas.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address objections using knowledge of AI solutions and sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams to support smooth lead handoffs and deal closures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or business development, ideally targeting enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with persuasive, confident engagement abilities.
- Proficient in CRM and outreach tools for managing pipelines and executing multi-channel campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong objection handling skills and strategic problem-solving during the sales process.
- Experience or willingness to perform market research to enhance outreach effectiveness is preferred.
- Compensation includes significant performance-based commission opportunities.
