Salary: $110 – $170/hr | Job Type: Freelance | Location: Remote

A leading company is looking for a Designer specialized in Food Design to join their Global Design & Innovation team. This role focuses on creating visual storytelling and driving creative development from initial concept to final execution, combining artistic talent with technical skills. Candidates should have expertise in sketching, digital design, CAD modeling, and AI-assisted tools to produce innovative food design visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine food design concepts from ideation through to final artwork, ensuring they align with brand and innovation objectives.
  • Produce concept sketches, digital illustrations, and high-fidelity assets for presentations and prototyping.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and AI tools like Adobe Firefly to enhance design workflows.
  • Create 3D models and realistic product renderings with CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and KeyShot.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Packaging teams to realize design concepts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Food Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-driven design software.
  • Strong skills in sketching, digital illustration, CAD modeling, and 3D rendering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts effectively.
  • Passion for food innovation and awareness of industry trends.
