A rapidly growing software company headquartered in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations. This full-time remote position is open to candidates based in the EMEA region. The role focuses on facilitating smooth sales processes through strong administrative support, client communication, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales team schedules, meetings, and communication flow to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer accounts, leads, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar position.
  • Strong familiarity with sales processes and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively.
