Overview:
Ignite Talent Match is currently recruiting an experienced HR & Admin Officer to support human resource functions and administrative processes at their office in Makun, Sagamu, Ogun State. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and oversee daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff recordkeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including office supplies, facilities, and employee support.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems and prepare regular HR reports.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Solid knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
