A reputable organization in Lekki is seeking a dependable and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a senior executive. This role requires someone proactive, highly organized, and discreet, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential documents and maintain privacy at all times
- Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and report preparation
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Trustworthy, discreet, and highly resourceful
- Must reside in or near Lekki, Lagos
