Location: Remote
Salary: N150,000 / Month

A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide virtual administrative support. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks to support executive and team needs.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain organized digital filing systems.
  • Assist with CRM data entry, reporting, and basic project management using collaboration tools.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain professional discretion.

Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:

  • Hold an HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Have 2–3 years of experience in administrative, virtual assistant, or executive support roles.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; advanced French is a plus.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is required.
  • Show strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive approach.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and responsiveness.
