Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Provide product education and support to users, ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Familiarity with fintech, banking, or high-growth digital platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently
