Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Provide product education and support to users, ensuring a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, or high-growth digital platforms is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently
