A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide remote administrative support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, proficiency in digital tools, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of handling a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling using tools such as Calendly and Google Calendar.
- Coordinate meetings and communications via Zoom and email.
- Assist in project tracking and task management using platforms like Asana.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as requested by executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Asana, Calendly, and Zoom.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
