Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, MS Office).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic workplace needs.
