Job Description

Location: Osogbo, Osun State
Experience: 2–3 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management or related field

A reputable organization in Osogbo, Osun State is seeking a qualified and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of its property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facility remains functional, safe, and compliant with all regulations while supporting the organization’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise facility operations and maintenance activities, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.
  • Coordinate repair and renovation tasks with vendors and contractors.
  • Monitor security, cleanliness, and safety standards across the premises.
  • Maintain budgets and manage supply inventory for facility-related needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in facility or property management.
  • Must be male (for gender balance within the existing team).
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.
