Job Overview
A reputable organization is seeking a qualified Contact Center Medical Support Officer to provide professional medical support via phone and digital channels. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care beyond the traditional clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to medical inquiries via phone and other communication platforms.
- Offer accurate medical guidance based on nursing knowledge and organizational protocols.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments or healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure round-the-clock coverage through shift rotations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) is mandatory.
- Must have 1–3 years of post-NYSC experience in either a clinical or call center setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including day, night, weekends, and public holidays.
- Applicants must be BNSc certified and within the specified age limit.
