A reputable financial institution is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee operations in its Port Harcourt branch. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery within the branch.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage and support staff to improve performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
  • Proven leadership abilities with sound human resources management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the industry’s regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
