Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Design and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor performance using KPIs and CRM data, providing feedback and training as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and legal departments to maintain cohesive messaging and client engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
- Prior experience in legal, immigration, or service-based sectors is an added advantage.
