Introduction:
A leading company is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Support to oversee a team of supervisors, manage operational processes, and drive continuous improvement within their business area. The role involves team leadership, process development, budget management, and project coordination to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors, providing direction and coordination across teams to implement system enhancements and operational initiatives.
- Oversee training and development programs to maintain a skilled and effective team, including coaching supervisors on systems, products, and processes.
- Drive cross-functional process design and improvement efforts, collaborating with technical teams to optimize end-to-end fulfillment and support operations.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and incident reports to identify risks and opportunities, recommending strategic improvements to senior management.
- Manage budgeting and financial tracking for the team, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and results are reported to leadership.
- Provide project leadership by prioritizing tasks and managing dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or process improvement, with several years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop supervisors.
- Analytical skills to assess operational impact and drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and project coordination.
- Technical aptitude to guide teams through operational challenges and system applications.
