Introduction
A fast-growing digital agency seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Personal Assistant to support outbound job applications and manage client communications on freelance platforms. The role focuses on identifying suitable projects, crafting tailored proposals, engaging with potential clients, and coordinating internal team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply daily to relevant freelance project listings across multiple platforms
- Customize proposal templates to align with specific job requirements and client needs
- Professionally communicate with potential clients and maintain timely follow-ups
- Track responses and manage a follow-up schedule to ensure consistent engagement
- Schedule meetings and transition warm leads smoothly to the internal team
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities and performance metrics
Requirements
- Strong written English and excellent communication skills
- Experience using freelance platforms or in outbound sales roles
- Highly organized with the ability to manage follow-ups efficiently
- Proficiency in calendar tools and CRMs such as Google Calendar and Notion
- Comfortable using asynchronous communication tools like Slack and WhatsApp
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales or lead generation
- Basic knowledge of digital services including AI, automation, development, or design
- Availability during or overlapping with UAE, MENA, or European time zones
