Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels including Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Develop and manage lead generation funnels for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Collaborate on copywriting and creative strategy to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Use CRM and automation platforms like HubSpot, Airtable, Make.com, and Zapier to streamline workflows and nurture leads.
- Analyze audience behavior, report on KPIs, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance marketing.
- Proven success managing Facebook Ads campaigns and SEO-driven content strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Strong knowledge of funnel building, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to direct creative assets effectively.
