Short Description:
A reputable fintech company is looking to hire a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, lead sales efforts, and strengthen institutional partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a solid track record in B2B and B2B2C sales, particularly within the tech or financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage business clients, cooperatives, and financial institutions to grow the client base.
- Develop and execute digital and direct sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and lead deal negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is reflected in products and services.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and retention.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales process.
