Salary: ₦400,000 Monthly
A manufacturing company in Kano State is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain quality standards in its production operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in plastics technology and a strong track record in quality assurance leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise quality control teams and provide technical guidance for efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and analysis of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation and generate quality reports for internal and regulatory use.
Requirements:
- BSc in Plastics Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, industry regulations, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
